Six-month CareSync pilot at Stanza Bopape CHC.
The proposed pilot will test CareSync in a real clinic appointment environment, focusing on chronic appointment capture, daily schedule visibility and next-day preparation support.
Pilot objectives

- Support clinic staff orientation
- Monitor daily appointment workflow use
- Produce feedback and outcome reporting
- Refine the system based on real clinic operations

The pilot does not include medical records, diagnosis, medication history, treatment notes, barcode scanning or file location tracking.
