Six-month CareSync pilot at Stanza Bopape CHC.
The proposed pilot is intended to test CareSync in a real clinic appointment environment, with clinic, sponsor or technical partner support where required.
Pilot objectives
- Test CareSync for appointment capture
- Prepare basic user orientation material
- Monitor daily appointment workflow use
- Collect feedback and pilot findings
- Refine the system based on real clinic operations
Support required
- Clinic approval and pilot access
- Sponsor or partner support for setup
- Operational guidance from clinic users
- Feedback during the six-month pilot
- Technical support where deeper deployment needs arise
CareSync remains appointment-only.
The pilot does not include medical records, diagnosis, medication history, treatment notes, barcode scanning or file location tracking.
